I have notification today from Nominet that more than 50,000 .uk domains names were sold in the first day. That is a lot of domains! Judging from the number of calls we had I could of sworn that they were mostly through Discount Domains ! LOL well not quite of course but nevertheless it was a very busy day and one to remember.
We’ve started to make our usual regular calls to our customers and of course are now dropping in that we do 2 years of .uk for £9.99 plus VAT which quickly looking around at our competitors makes us one of the cheapest on the market.
June and July are usually slower months in the industry but may now turn out to be among the best!
