Unique content - the search engines love unique content, if you are copying your product descriptions and text from third parties, then you will have a number of issues as duplicate content is now pushed down in the Search Results or worse still excluded completely.

Add links from quality places - if you are in a competitive market, you may need to find, 100,000's of quality links, low quality links build using automated software are not liked by the search engines and if these are detected, your site can be pushed down in the Search results or as with the  Unique Content issue mentioned above excluded entirely.

Build up your social presence - Facebook and other communities are a huge potential market and increasingly social signals from these are similar places such as Google + are signals to the Search engines that your site is of interest, this then turns into better prominence in the Search Results.  Again its real interactions that are needed, so avoid the pay for facebook follower services as these don't bring members with a proper interest in your product.
